We successfully completed the complete management of the energy rehabilitation process of a building and obtained the subsidy within the rehabilitation aid program, which will allow the property to recover 40% of the cost.
For a rehabilitation project to be eligible for the subsidy, the following efficiency objectives must be achieved:
- Improve your grade by at least one letter (except if you already have an A grade)
- Minimum 10% reduction in final energy consumption
